Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the dynamic relationship between fiscal policy and macroeconomic variables in Malaysia particularly on the impacts of fiscal policy on growth and inflation by applying the cointegration analysis and error correction model on data spanning from 1970 to 2012.
