We at IRED, aspire to select research paper, through highest quality peer review. To achieve this, the entire peer review and publication process must be thorough, objective, and fair.
We at IRED, seek to select research paper, through the topmost quality peer review. To attain this, the whole peer review and publication process has to be thorough, objective and impartial. Nearly every aspect of the process involves significant ethical principles and decisions. These decisions are seldom clearly stated and even less often shared with readership. The reputations of the journals, no matter academic journals, Science journals or International Journals, depend on trust of readers, researchers, authors, reviewers, research subjects, editors, funding agencies and administrators of public health policy. This trust is improved by describing as clear as possible the journal's policies to ensure the right treatment of all participants in publication process.
We at IRED seek to pick research paper via highest quality peer review. The publications should stringently seek original work that has not been published previously or currently not under any review at another journal or conference.
The good research has to be well justified, strategic, and appropriately designed. It is so that it can properly address the research question. Paper should be published based on copyright that establishes authorship. All the authors are responsible for quality, accurateness and ethics of work. Republication of any paper in another language, or instantaneously in multiple journals with diverse audiences might be acceptable, provided that there is complete and prominent disclosure of its original source at time of submission of manuscript.
The editorial Decisions have to be precise. If any published paper is subsequently found to have errors, mistakes or major flaws, the Editor has to take the responsibility for promptly rectifying the written record in publication. Quality and all other performance characteristics of the editors should be assessed periodically.

Plagiarism means the use of other's published and unpublished words or ideas (it may also include other intellectual property) original rather than resulting from an existing source. At IRED, we firmly discourage and are against this callous act. If anyone found guilty, to any extent, IRED will always fight for Plagiarism. Talking about self-plagiarism, it refers to practice of an author making use of portions of his or her previous writings on same topic in another of his or her publications, without particularly citing it formally in quotes.
IRED has a strong policy on handling concerns or allegations related to misconduct. It can arise regarding authors, editors, reviewers and others. Publications do not have resources or authority to carry out a formal judicial inquiry or reach at a formal conclusion regarding any misconduct. It is a process role of individual's employer, granting agency, university or regulatory body. However, the journals, conferences, proceedings published, sponsored, organized by IRED, do have an accountability to help guard the integrity of public scientific record by sharing reasonable concerns with the authorities who can carry out such an investigation.
