Abstract

The authors had inference that it would be possible to enforce for innovation in low-competitive environment national companies operate. That’s why this paper based on the analysis of 20 state-owned companies of Russia. The data were collected from Innovation Development Programs (IDP) of Russian state-owned companies and by using content analysis and quantification as well as case study and the method of analogies and comparisons the authors prooved this statement. Thus, the state can effectively enforce companies to innovate.
