Abstract

Interest in energy saving is increasing. At the same time, interest particular is growing for energy efficiency in buildings. As such, building energy performance information is needed to determine which buildings require energy-efficiency retrofits. Currently, obtaining building energy-performance information is costly and agreed-upon standards are lacking.
