Abstract

Low quality and deficiency of economic development is a perennial, prevalent and serious problem in our country. Therefore, it’s suggested to improve the quality and efficiency of our national economic development from the following aspects: strengthening the management of investment decisions to overcome blind investment, strengthening the management of production and construction to reduce production cost, strengthening the management of circulation and consumption to promote the expansion of domestic demand, strengthening quality management to effectively improve the quality of economic development, strengthening the management of "Three Public Consumptions” to decrease administrative cost.
