This paper presents a knowledge management model to strengthen the relations between the university and the enterprise, and to facilitate joint strategies and interaction with social networks support. The use of social networks in this model focuses on creating bidirectional links between the university and the enterprise, based on informal exchange of knowledge and sharing information of interest to both actors
