Abstract

This paper deals with a schema format for JavaScript Object Notation based on the current IETF JavaScript object notation schema specification. JavaScript object notation is a text-based data interchange format. The data transferred between two users or modules may have an application specific structure. The aim of this paper is to help application developers ease their task of data validation, documentation and to provide other structural information about data, by defining the structure of the data through the proposed JavaScript object notation schema.
