A TVWS Quantification Aproach for Mexico.

Abstract
In this paper a TVWS available spectrum is calculated, applying some procedures defined for regulatory authorities. The coverage was estimated using the Longley Rice method and the FCC recommendation was applied to delimit geographical zones, defining the occupied and free frequencies.
